The Board

The Boulder Board of Adjustment is a body appointed by the Town Council for the purpose of reviewing and rendering decisions on applications for ordinance variances or appeals.

The Board convenes, as necessary, on the third Wednesday of the month. Members include:

  • Dennis Bertucci
  • Ray Gardner
  • Mark Nelson
  • Tina Karlsson
  • Jabe Beal

Board clerk is Peg Smith.

Applications

Applications for requesting a variance or an appeal are available online or can be picked up in the Town Hall. Please fill out the application completely, and submit it, with all supporting documentation and fees, to Town Clerk Judi Davis.
