5. DISCUSSIONS AND POSSIBLE ACTION (~47 minutes)
   1. Residential Short-Term Rental (RSTR) Ordinance Amendment: Review and identify any potential modifications before proceeding to Motion to Approve Draft Ordinance No. 2025-C.01 as revised to amend § 153.204 RESIDENTIAL SHORT-TERM RENTALS to be recorded as Ordinance No. 2025-8 (~15 minutes).
   2. Boulder Farmstead Water Company Agreement: Consideration and Possible Action on the Contract for Fire Protection and Fire Hydrant Services (~15 minutes)
   3. Meeting Ordinance Amendment: Review and schedule public hearing on proposed revised language establishing the regular meeting time as 7:00 p.m. during Daylight Saving Time and 6:00 p.m. during Mountain Standard Time (~5 minutes).
   4. Property North of Community Center: Planning Commission’s update (~2 minutes). 
   5. General Plan: Discussion with only outgoing Town Council members to gather input on forthcoming revisions (~10 minutes).
6. COUNCIL AND STAFF REPORTS (~15 minutes)
7. SUMMARY OF ACTIONS AND FOLLOW-UP (~3 minutes)
