Notice of Boulder Town Council Public Hearing
Boulder Town Council will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting on Thursday, May 1, 2025. (The Regular meeting starts at 7:00 PM.)
The hearing is to receive public comment regarding:
Duplex Ordinance Transmitted from PC
Boulder Town Council has an interest in promoting more housing in the Town. Boulder Town Council is looking to adopt the following ordinance, making changes in Boulder Town land use codes to allow for duplexes.

2. Residential Short-Term Rental (RSTR) Ordinance Transmitted from PC
Boulder Town Council, as the legislative body of Boulder Town directed the Planning Commission to consider changes to the Boulder Town Code regulating Residential Short-Term Rentals (RSTRs) in Boulder; and there is a need to clarify administrative processes in the Boulder Town RSTR Code. Boulder Town continues to have an interest in balancing the availability of housing for local residents, the quality of life in neighborhoods, and the economics of tourism
