To book or change a reservation for the community center and pavilion, please fill out the Community Center Use & Cleaning Fee Agreement. This agreement applies specifically to free and open-to-the-public events.
All reservation requests and associated fees must be submitted at least one week prior to the event. This lead time is necessary for processing due to Boulder’s limited regular office hours (Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm) and the absence of full-time staff.
