To book or modify a reservation for the community center and pavilion, you must complete and submit the Boulder Town Facility Use Rental & Cleaning Fee Agreement.
Please note that all reservation requests and the required associated fees must be submitted at least one week before the event date. This lead time is necessary because Boulder has limited regular office hours (Tuesdays, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm) and does not employ full-time staff for processing.
