Non-compliance with Town Ordinances (revised)

The Town Council has put into place a written policy for handling issues of non-compliance with Town ordinances.  To see the policy, click below.

Non-compliance Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Section 1 states that anonymous complaints will not be considered.  The Council has voted to accept anonymous complaints that otherwise meet the requirements of the Policy.  This will continue for one year (until the end of March, 2017), at which time it will be reviewed to decide whether to require signatures or to continue acting on anonymous complaints.
