Notice of Public Hearing
Boulder Town Council will hold a public hearing Thursday, December 2, at 7 p.m. to hear public comments on Ordinance 2021-7, Proposed Amendments Re: Accessory Dwelling Units to the Boulder Code of Ordinances.

The amendments were necessitated by 2021 Legislative changes regarding Internal Accessory Dwelling Units. Some wording changes to other parts of the ADU ordinance were also required to ensure consistency. (See explanatory memo: IADU Memo to TC)
