Notice of Boulder Planning Commission Public Hearing

Boulder Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their special meeting on Thursday September 19, 2024, (Regular meeting starts at 7:00 PM.)

The hearing is to receive public comment regarding: 

Boulder Town Zoning Ordinance Chapter 153 

Boulder Town has adopted changes in its Subdivision Code to comply with State mandated changes.  These changes in the Subdivision Code have created inconsistencies in the Boulder Town Zoning Code. After review and public input, the following changes shown in ORDINANCE 2024-B are deemed necessary to avoid conflicts and confusion in Boulder Town Codes.

The meeting and hearing will be held at the Boulder Town Community Center, as well as electronically via Zoom connection. (Connection information, as well as documentation on the topic will be provided on the Planning Commission web page at https://boulder.utah.gov/category/planning-commission/
